Role Overview:
We're seeking a seasoned Bookkeeper to manage daily financial tasks, streamline processes, and support month-end close. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both onsite at our Boulder studio and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily bank statements and customer/vendor accounts
  • Process and record AP/AR transactions
  • Generate monthly financial reports and journal entries
  • Maintain organized ledgers, files, and documentation
  • Assist with payroll and inventory-related bookkeeping
  • Collaborate with management to improve accounting workflows

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, including retail or hospitality preferred
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay Range:

  • $65,000-$75,000/year, based on experience and qualifications

  • Hybrid schedule: Balance onsite days at our Boulder studio (ZIP 80302) with remote work
